New Naso Help Identify Markings

I bought a new Naso Tang from an LFS yesterday (1/15/22). I didn’t notice it in the store, but I noticed it had some marks on one side when I got it home. I’m wondering if this is ich? I’m attaching a picture here. And I’m hoping I don’t need to immediately add it to the hospital tank. I would love a diagnosis. (And it’s name is Bad Alice, though I don’t think that’ll change any diagnosis.)

They look more like stress spots to me - look similar? (google images)
