new nero 5 for waterbox 20 how much flow with pulse mode?

bought a nero 5 for my waterbox 20 i have it set to pulse mode what should the GPH speed be in 1 sec intervals i want good flow but i dont want to fish to suffer if thats possible. thanks guys CURRENTLY SET AT 900gph no pulse and when it pulss its 1300gpu pusle for 1 sec

can't answer on what specific gph you should run it at but fish won't suffer, there's alot more flow in the ocean. If the pump has a "night mode" I would use that to simulate the fish being able to get to a less turbulent spot on the reef to lay the head down for the night
