New.... or just back after many years

I have had several tanks over the last 25 years . 2 fish only and one reef 15 years ago. I took it down because I was a Mom to 2 small children and could not keep up. A lot has changed! I can dose with a calculator? A refugium? I just buy salt water from the store?
I now have a 55 gallon cylinder tank that I was planning on doing FOWLR... but you guessed it. I bought some corals! My engineer husband hard plumbed it and knocked out the closet so I have full access to the back. A dream set up. He also built the stand and the wall attached for storage . Part is missing for the new 10 gallon going in.

I am back after 16 years. My kids are grown and I have once again setup a reef system. I was going to do a fish only but.... you know I bought corals. A lot has changed... I have a refugium, an amazing skimmer, I can dose with a calculator and buy salt water from the store! My hubby custom...
