New Orphek - Are these LEDS dead?

I cant really tell . Anyone with an Orphek know if these bulbs are normally super dim at full strength? Maybe UV?

OMG. . . . . . . . Just kidding. This looks normal and are putting out more than you can detect. I was in same boat to realize - normal

Yea, I thought the same thing, but then looked at the LED map here: https://orphek.com/atlantik-v4-reef-aquarium-led-lighting/

And the quote afterwards:
