Well that big sale they had for $850 for the ICON, was worthless. I emailed them about buying one and never heard anything from them. So I hope their service is better than taking an order and shipping product.

You may also want to find out if you have a local rep... I have followed up with our local rep here in Michigan. (Hmmm... I should say I nagged the local rep on status here in MI

This is what I got just now from James.

Thank you for this. We have just begun shipping out the Atlantik Icons a few days ago. We finally got the circuit boards from our supplier. We have a large backlog due to the sale and we are shipping in the same order as invoices were paid for. I'm sure your light will be going out soon and I will send you tracking as soon as it ships.

Sorry to hear that about you. I paid for two of them with the Black Friday deal.
My experience was different: I filled the form, heard from them the second day, followed up with how many, got invoice, paid. All this over 4-5 days, answers from them came in a timely manner. I assume you checked the spam folder .

I fully upgraded my orphek including the aluminum top. Now my situation is different because channel 3 had burnt out but here is senseye before/after par. Sorry if posted this here already I forgot which thread

Wow... thats a bit more par.... Of my 4 Alantiks ... two have some burnt channels...One reason for the upgrade.

Yeah but it’s pretty similar to the old numbers I have from when everything was working. Maybe icon a bit higher. It has a lot more violet so they have more punch it seems.

Hi Carlos - they look great and so does your tank. In addition to their spectral qualities, isn't one advantage is that you don't the blinding light spill produced by other LED lights? How big is your tank?

That's what amazed me most. The light still is only noticeable on tile floor but its the reflection light produces on the top edge of tank... I have a 200 gal 60x34x24.

You can look straight at tank and the glass diffuser does its job well by not getting the light at your face (or furniture, which was a big plus with other half).
On image you can see at 15in above water line that there's only the light line of the rimless on the tile. And looking at the tank even close up, the light is not blinding your eyes, also runs very cool and the fans make no noise at all.
