New Oxydator A question - leaking!!!

I have purchased an Oxydator A which arrived today.
When I started filling the acrylic container, h2o2 began leaking from the base of the container.
The black base isn't sealed all the way round to the clear container vessel?

Is this right, or should I be returning it?

I've included a photo of the container itself.

I have never used one.. can you contact the manufacturer? @najer any ideas?

No that is not correct, the only in or out is where the orange cap fits, it needs replacing I'm afraid.
