Recently lost my female clownfish about 7 days ago. Today I had my LFS do another check on my water parameters and all were good. It’s a fairly established tank.

purchased a juvenile snowflake clownfish. Acclimated and placed in DT. My tank is 220 gal so I watched and it took about 45 min for the new juvenile to make it over to the far left of tank where the adult male resides.

once they spotted each other they have stayed by each other’s side in one of my 3 rose anemones. I assume my male will become female. We’ll see. So far there was no bickering or fighting.
