NEW People Eater Paly? Anyone see this one?

Hey folks, Has anyone ever seen this PE before? It has a rainbow edge a black center with speckles and of course a neon green mouth. I tried to find it on ZoaId but couldnt find the exact one. Let me know your thoughts. i'll try to take a better pic and post it.

Could be desert storm of whatever they are called. The speckling usually occur from intense light. They look very coll BTW.

If it has the green in the skirt then I've heard them called as Starry night PPE's. Named by Reef envy. They have them on their site. I have a colony of them. They are one my favorites.
