New pH electrode reading and calibration issue

I just received my Profilux 4e starter set with temp and pH probe.
When I calibrate the pH electrode, the ADC reading is always between 475-477, regardless whether the probe is in pH4.0, 7.0, or 8.2 fluid.
I believe that is not correct, and is causing the pH reading after the calibration to be nonsense (10.50 or 3.00).
When I change the measuring data in GHL controller for this sensor from pH to ORB/Redux and back to pH, the pH reading is around 6.78, whatever liquid the probe is put into.
Is this a faulty electrode? How could one check that the tip is ok?

Exactly which port is this probe connected to?
What is this probe port currently set to? pH or redox mode?

It is connected to the pH/Redox port directly.
The port is set to pH. After calibration it shows pH 3.0 or pH 10.5. When I change the port setting to redox, and then back to pH, it looks like the calibration data is deleted because then it shows around 6.77 pH, which is what it showed before the first calibration.

I did open a ticket with GHL last Saturday.
With no response on the ticket by Wednesday evening, I opened another ticket.
No response yet.
Based on the feedback and reviews of GHL support, I had higher expectations...

Business day 6 of my ticket, with still no response from GHL.
The auto-notification email from GHL says the aim is to respond in 1 business day, but to allow up to 3 business days if very busy.
So far I'm not impressed with GHL. A dead-on-arrival and no response for 6 business days already.

may I ask what you found out. I had a ph probe be fine and then one day when I unplugged everything to move it it now reads 10.50 all the time and wont change which I know is wrong because its in my cal reactor

GHL sent me a new probe, which worked. I didn't see anything different on the old one compared to the new one. Something must just have been faulty on the old one. I threw it away immediately after I received a working new one.

that was my concern. I bought a brand new brs ph probe because I read that they work to and it did for about a year and all of a sudden when I disconnected it and reconnected it it stopped working.

Normally you can see that a probe is going to break down when you calibrate. When the difference between ADC1 and ADC 2 differ to much or to little and ADC2 (in this case) going near 0 - its time to replace the electrode.
