New Photon V2s or Used Gen 3 Pros

Good evening fellow reefers. I currently own a nano cube 28 and i have had it up and running for the past two years. I'm getting ready to set up a 180 and pretty much know which route I'm going until it comes to my lights. As much as I wish I could get the G4 Pros....I can't spend that much money on lights. My budget is 1200 and I could go with two photon v2 32s or three used Gen 3 Pros. I have done research and I lean towards the photons due to it being new and with a warranty. Of course with the Gen 3s being used, I'm hesitant about spending 1200 on something that is two years old. However is the craftsmanship that spectacular to where that shouldn't affect my decision? I currently own an AI Prime and love it. I have had major success with it and even think about hydra 52s. Of course they would have to be used hydra 52s. I really need help and any input is much appreciated.

I'm not sure why people go for the pro over normal G4 radion. I've got Two G4s over my 90 running at 70% to avoid burning my sps tips and getting good growth. The G4 spread vs G3 is significantly different. I have no hot spots or shading, and my reef is pretty packed with sps.
