New Pink Milli Colony

I just got this colony at a heck of a deal, supposedly it gets a little more red as it colors up, but this is a maricultured piece.

Looks like it has lots of potential. Funny thing about maricultured colonies is that they can be great or a total bust. They are just like wild colonies in the way their colors can respond to a closed reef tank environment. I have a maricultured colony I just got from Extreme Corals that looked ORA Pearlberryish in it's potential. I am waiting on it to adapt to my tank, so it could be great or it could turn brown. That's part of the fun, IMO. Treasure or trash!

nice piece man, I had one that turned awesome, had green rim and orange in the base with red stalks. nice size too. I think you will enjoy!

My Rainbow Monti was mud brick red on mud brick red when I got it, and now it's fantastic. I will have to start a thread so I can put some pics up.

Thats a nice coral!Bigger than the normal Mari colony though IMO!But awesome anyway!!!!

Is there any tissure loss on it,looks like it might be white towards the center of the colony,which my just be normal color as the center dosent get much light,just checking though!

Thanks clowns!! Unfortunately There is some tissue loss, put it a little close to bta, one arm is completely white now lol. Hopefully the recession will stop at the body.
