New Prime HD16 light help

I have a 10g waterbox tank right now and just bought a prime HD16 light to help my corals in the lower parts of my tank and my anemone. What adjustments should I do? Right now I just have it on the default light and time.

I have 3 over a 40 Breeder and all I have to say is be careful I've baked corals with these pucks in the past. I'd say no more than 20 on your white channel and 5 for red and greens, and set the rest to where ever you'd like. Just remember the acclimation setting is your friend
