New pump broken

Hello , I orderd from Germany Red dragon pump.
I got her broken at her red pipe connection.
I dont know exactly what to do .
is that part can be replaced, or that I need to send them the pump back ?

you right its really sucks . I orderd that pump from germany ,I dont live in germany ,I'm ,I'm guys that they will ask me to send it back.

there is a possibility to pull out the damage pipe ? that one that connected to the pump ?

The damaged part could be a fitting with threads. Try to screw the damage part counter clockwise. Use a flat plier or something that can be expanded inside the pipe

I succeed to pull out the other damaged pipe from the connector, at this picture.
its same connection like RO system

I also talked with customer service of the store ,they want me to fill complain paper to our post office or customs office...really pain in the %@$.
