new quarantine mini tank

hi guys
sorry for interrupting
i made a newly quarantine tank which is 3 gallon
i used live rock sand and my own aquarium filter sponge
i will dose carbon for 3 to 7 days till the aquarium be ready btw i dose living bacteria by brightwell
i use a hob filter a small one i scared but i don't use air pump
i was thinking do i need air pump cause qat first myself when started my aquarium without a skimmer i didn't use air pump in that time i had one clown in 12 gal
here is just quarantine or maybe one clownfish in this aquarium
and another question what liquids do i need to dose in the aquarium exclude ph and carbon and how much and in what dates?
and how many times do i need a water change?
and do i need to put bio ball or smthng in hob or not i have some in the garage but i need to put them in my aquarium first then put it in here?

That's pretty tiny for a quarantine tank. Also you don't want any sand or rock in it incase of copper being used.

i just take care of clownfish
and suddenly one of them hit this one they are 7 btw
i am moving one of them
to this tank, its kind of quarantine but i also want to take care of this clown there
its why i used sand and rock
maybe i made a little reef out of it ;Hilarious
i think need to change the topic name to something else

btw the clown is like 1/4 of an inch its not that big its a baby clownfish

A 3g is way too small for a clown to be in for an extended period. Recommended is 20g and larger depending on species.

yeah i maybe extended it in future
what about the liquids and air pump mostly i think about them then after a while i maybe transfer it to another aquarium
