Hi my is Joe
I have been doing FW for 11 years and decided to do SW. I had 10g, 30g and 55g. I have been doing a lot of research on this side of the hobby and a lot of planning since January / February. I have been doing a slow build and taking my time. I had bought 224g with sump, chiller, UV, skimmer, T5's, Halides, pump, stand, and rocks. I have been working on the build since February. I have drawn up plans on new stands and piping. I have resealed tank and water tested a few months ago. And have started to receive equipment. Here is a few pics from about 2 months ago. I am going all efficient equipment. I will eventually start a build forum.

Welcome and hopefully you enjoy it here. Taking your time doing it right is definitely a reward in the end. Need anything just ask always someone's willing to help. Setup is coming along nicely.

Welcome to R2R and to the salty side. Great start.

That is a nice start, and you have done your homework :)welcome to R2R. Looking forward to the build

Are you adding two refugium soldiers to your aquarium?
Main on bottom and on top is mainly for Amphipods and Copepods culture for 2 future mandarins. This is so the they don't get shredded through the pump. Don't forget there will be an algae scrubber. I like backup and one will do what the other can't do or miss.
