HAHA, it's funny that this thread turns into "this is better than that"
Well, I had it all T5, MH and now radion leds.
I don't see it at all like a phone or TV, you have to see it as stocks.
Yes, T5 and MH still do their job but there's a reason why we have leds.
Leds have been proven over the short time of years that they been around even in a faster pace as they did with T5 or MH.
Most PPL on here were still in diapers when I was running the first T5 or MH and they were all bad in the beginning but they improved and yes they are still awesome.
Coming back why we have Led's now is that the MH will be on the next list to be banned same as the good old light bulb already is to his way in the history books.
Everyone knows that the light bulbs are not going to be made any more and in the next few months they will disappear of the shelves in the stores.
MH, are next on the list, simply it's costing to much to make them compare to the Led's.
Not sure about he T5 but they will follow soon.
Just take a simple look at a office building, you replace all the lights in there for Led's you don't have to worry about replacing them every time and you cut a large amount of your electric bill.
When I lived in Germany in the 80's they told me when I bought my first BMW that in 20 years they have light bulbs that you don't have to replace any more for most part of the life of the car.................well, almost every new car now have Led's front to back and they last.
And I won't even go into the medical industry.
Just saying that there's is a reason that we have Led's.
