So I pulled the trigger and got the new radions and I was just wondering what intensity and how long should I accumulate them to my tank, Thanks

What are the dimensions of the tank? What are the corals? See you tube videos on BRS and Ecotech G5
 
It depends on what corals you have and what lights you had before.
Par meters really help with this.
