Should it be removed u see or above water

That's different the picture you posted is in the family of the jelly fish. The one in the picture is more like a flower. Glob it with superglue and suffocate it

Got it out there were two big pieces. It had like a hard like skeleton so I squeezed it and smeared it and made sure it was dead. Thanks you guys
