New RBTA

Ok here's an update. I'm getting worried because this nem isn't eating, and now isn't even responding when I touch it with food. It used to close up real fast as soon as you touch it. It would usually close up so fast that it wouldn't even get the food I was trying to give it. I getting worried because its been almost 3 weeks now and the nem isn't moving around, hasn't moved since the first night after we bought it. So I assume it must like where its at. It looks pretty normal right now, but is completely unresponsive. Any help and/or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

What do yo u mean is isn't moving around? moving around the tank? It looks fine in this pic. The nem won't move spots once it finds a place it likes unless condition change.

I just mean that it isn't roaming the tank unhappily. It seems happy and healthy except that it won't eat and when I just tried to feed it, it didn't respond in any way. It didn't retract when I touched it, didn't grab the food, just was like I wasn't even there. I'm just worried because my last anemone is bleached, has no tentacles and is just starting to recover in a separate tank because I almost killed it.

It Looks fine to me in the pics. If it is getting enough lighting from your led's it may not take anything you feed it because it is getting all it needs from the light. I wish my new rbta would stay put like that. I placed it in yesterday and its on a journey thru my rockwork now. What are your water parameters with numbers?

Tonight I tried to feed it and it responded.... just a little too much lol, it retracted alot and didn't take the food.... so, I guess it's just not hungry.... we'll see what happens.
