Been looking good till now. It backed into this rock and is closed up. Is this normal when new to a tank?

score... and nice looking nem. i have found a bunch of nice looking bta's locally for decent prices. imo, no need to spend that high dollar that some ask just to get nice nems.
they will shrink up sometimes. i wouldn't worry unless it stays pulled in for more than a day.

Yeah mines will open and close regularly. So long as it doesn't stay hidden for too long

Yeah, they will deflate when getting used to the water perimeters. If it's mouth starts gaping open and won't shut or if it won't attach to anything then there's a real problem. Looks good though, great price on it.Been looking good till now. It backed into this rock and is closed up. Is this normal when new to a tank?
