New Red Monti Cap

I just got a red monti cap about a week ago. I was just wondering if you think it looks healthy. I don’t know if I should be considered since it looks pale in some areas. Thanks

Looks fine just give it time to finish acclimating to your tank.

New growth on the edges are usually whiter than the rest. As long as the piece itself is keeping color it should be fine.

Looking good so far.

Should also be able to see polyp extension if you look really close if its really happy. Can't tell from your pic but this is what mine looks like (this is the best I can take on my phone with the zoom)

Awesome thanks I tried to take a picture from the top because it’s hard to see from the side but I think I see some polyps. With the blue light now they seem to glow.
