New Red Sea Max S500 water test leaking?

Hey All. I would love some help if possible. I set up my new Red Sea Max S 500. I have water in for a test for I add salt. Everything was going great until I turned my return pump on to level out the water. The hose from the return pump running behind my tank is leaking really bad. Not sure what is the issue. I took a few pictures. There is no O-ring but I'm not sure if it is supposed to have one. Don't see any visible cracks. It was tightened down before I began my test. Anyone else have this issue? NO WAY am I letting this get my down when I'm on the proverbial 5 yard line of this project. Thanks all!

can you tell if it’s leaking from the bulkhead in the bottom of the tank? this would be my first guess. the little o-rings do need to be seated properly in their channels.

looks like you might be missing an o-ring from one of your unions. not sure if the. bulkhead comes with a rubber gasket of not.

Thanks all and sorry for being MIA for a few. Had some sickness in the family I needed to help with. Anywho, I appreciate all your help and input. I went to ACE and bought an O-Ring and some PTFE tape. Seems to work. Got the tank actually running today. Going to hopefully add my sand in a day or so. My salinity is a bit under where I would like it so going to clear that up first. Thanks again all and I am sure to be asking dumb questions along the way so thanks in advance for your future help as well!

Good to know everything went ok, I kind of remember seals on every connection, I have the same model, gorgeous tank, congrats.
