I just purchased a new tank the Red Sea Reefer 350, will be arriving next Wednesday / Friday. I will be using Dry Rock and live Sand. How should I go about cycling/ starting the tank up properly. It's about 73G, should I add some of those bottle bacteria starters into the tank ? Any tips or any guidelines to follow?

I would just place rock in first to stabilize and make sure it doesn't fall later on. Then add sand and water after. You can mix salt in water with a pump. The bacteria will start growing regardless of it. Also when pouring water in, use a plate and place at the bottom so it doesn't stir the sand. Expect water to be very murky for a few days.

Hello I replied to your other thread about putting the dry rock right in and starting the tank. Since youre starting a new tank all you have to do is put the dry rock in and add water (RODI if possible) and sand... mix your saltwater to the right salinity 1.025 is a good place and then start the cycle with some bacteria like flake food or a shrimp you get at the grocery store! sit back for a couple of weeks monitor your ammonia and nitrite. when the levels go up and then back down youre good to add your first fish!! good luck and happy reefing!
