Hey guys/gals,
My names Thomas and I'm a reefaholic ("hello Thomas")
I'm new to the site and money pit *cough* I mean hobby, been using reef central since I started. Figured I'd give R2R a shot after being blown up on fb so much about contests and live sales. My current setup is a 55gal LPS dominant mixed reef with Angels. I've been super fortunate so far, my tank is in outstanding condition with no real speed bumps aside from 5ppm pesky nitrates that don't seem to dive. Oh and not to mention my lesson learned about the reef devil peppermint shrimp -_-
I wouldn't base it all on luck as I'm pretty sure I'm OCD when it comes to my tank and religious maintenance. Not to mention the countless hours reading and asking questions/perusing forums. Within the next year I will have a 90 or 150 starphire rimless (can't decide on either size or weather or not I want it to be a cube) need to get myself a home first things first. That's all down the road though, for now I'm focused on the basics and establishing a good foundation of knowledge. Anyway, enough babbling, just wanted to introduce myself and say what's up!
