Yes for return pump use a 200-300gph return pump. More if you plan to use 1 pump for all your reactors. For flow use 1200-2400gph powerheads total flow. I just asked the guy at the lfs what i shouldget and he gave me a polario 10ml. Its 1500-2600 but it also does it in different intensities and is bidirectional. -iain
