New return pump or powerhead?

So I've been trying to decide which i should get my return is in kinda rough shape it's lost a propeller and is a lil noisy. But I'm also looking for more flow in the tank

Can you but a new impeller?

Going to be in trouble if you return pump goes out. If making noise it's only a matter of time. After that powerheads can be purchased relatively cheap.
