Installed new RO/DI from BRS and immediately started leaking at a point between two canisters. I suspect it was damage with shipping as there was a pretty good dent in the metal support. Any fix for this or need to ask for replacement?

That's annoying!!

You can take it apart and see if it is cracked, or if the metal brace has caused misalignment. Not fixable. Return it.

If not... you might be able to fix it with some silicone grease or ptfe paste and re-assembly. Teflon tape is less predictable in these situations.

If the cans are o.k. and the little plastic fitting is just broken, you can replace that, or rotate the cans 90 degrees and use a different fitting with a length of ro tubing to connect the cans. This will allow you to see what's going on.

Really, it depends how many trips to the big box store you want to make! If you photograph the dent and the leak - I am guessing they will ship you a new one.
