I just got this system, it is brand new and this is the first time I have ever hooked it up. In the following video, the part that I show you is leaking and when on sounds like it is sucking in air.

hi,remove hose from fitting,and reinstall.. :)

Assure tubing is not sticking out too far/extended . These john guest fittings should lock easily when the tube is inserted.

John guest or quick connect fitting could be broken.

Insert 1/4" tubing until it won't go in any further THEN slightly pull out. The quick connect should form a seal. If not, it's broken and a replacement quick connect is needed from who sold you the unit

.

Make sure when you pull the tubing out of the fitting the tubing is smooth and no sharp edges. There is a o ring inside the fitting that needs to have a clean or smooth mating edge. If the tube not , recut using a razor blade. Do not use a scissor which will mare the mating surface.
