I’m looking to replace my live rock with new rock glued into a nicer formation. I have a wet dry filtration with bio balls. Would I have to worry about losing the bacteria that is on the rock I already have? Or would I have enough in my sand and filtration that it would be fine. Thank you.

You're definitely going to lose some of the biological filtration when you remove the rock, but from the looks of the tank you don't have much of a bioload right now. I don't see any fish and just a few corals.

If you're able, it might be best to move this existing rock to one side in the tank so you can make room for the new rock. Then let the tank run with both for a while and slowly remove the existing rock a few pieces at a time over several weeks. That way you're giving the new rock time to populate with beneficial bacteria and you're not drastically reducing the amount at one time.

Agreed. I would add, rather than replace.
