New RODI unit & TDS Help!

I just got a new RODI system with tank from BRS - https://www.bulkreefsupply.com/4-stage-75gpd-plus-ro-di-system-bulk-reef-supply.html

I have poured out about 25 gallons so far. However, when TDS testing, it shows 175+ and my regular water is 112??? What is going on?

Something is wrong or installed incorrectly but you haven't provided enough information to go on. Can you post pictures of your system set up or describe how you set it up.

Well it does seem like my plumber is an idiot after all.

It should be fixed correctly on Friday.

Ya that doesn't look correct . The black line is waist and goes into the drain only. Blue line from the RO goes into the DI and the line out of the DI goes to the tank. So water source goes to sediment filter, sediment filter to the carbon block, carbon block to RO membrane. Two hoses at top of RO is black and blue. Black to drain blue to DI resin then out to the reservoir for filling the tank
