New router won't connect to Apex

Just updated my Spectrum (internet provider) modem and router and now I can't reconnect to Apex. It says its an un-secure network on my phone. Anyone else have this problem and fix? I called Spectrum and they changed my phone to G 2 but that didn't work.

Can you isolate the 2.4 from the 5ghz? If you can pause the 5 and try again.

I had Spectrum try that twice but didn't work. and of course no one answering at Neptune.
