New RS Reefer 250 build questions

Hi Guys & Girls,
Just completed setting up my new reefer 250 , here is the list
Radion XR15 Pro Gen 4 x 2
Vortech MP 40 x 2
Reeflink Wireless Hub
Reef Octopus Essence Skimmer
Bubble Magus Dosing System
Sicce Syncra 3.0 return pump
Apex Wireless Controller
CPR small insump refugium
Exchanged ATO with Trigger Systems 5 Gal Tank & Tunze Osmolator

Here are my questions, I have the pump ( rated at 714 GPH ) running about half way, how do I figure out how much flow I need, it seems like flow is a little light but I love the sump has slow flow and not noisy.
Any tips for the spaghetti of wires and how to keep them neat and organized. I have seen some pics of these systems and somehow folks have been able to keep them out of the way.
I have been out of the hobby for years , had a 150 gal SPS tank and it crashed about 5 years ago, with new job and moving to a new state it was time to get out for a while. I am looking forward to a new reefing journey. Thanks in advance for any tips Mike

With sump turn over, I shoot for 5X turnover. So for you tank, I'd shoot for about 300 - 350gph. The powerheads are there for the turnover within the tank.
