new sailfin tang has minor hlle

just curious what you guys would do to reverse this i have selcon and feed him spectrum food and algae and other good foods

I got a sailfin free from the LFS with a bad case of ich and hlle and i fed him food soaked with garlic and vitamins and also gave him alot of seaweed and he is fat and healthy now.

Just keep up your regimen and if you caught it early enough, the fish should be okay. Some of the visible damage to the skin might be irreversible, but the fish can still enjoy a good life.

Look for sources of stray electrical current in your tank. If diet isn't the cause, this could be. Use of activated cabon has been linked to it too, so if you use it, you may want to stop for a time.

Yah he has just a few nicks....smaller...I think it'll fill in...its not bad...I got it from a guy who HaD it for a few years and he said it greatly improved using selcom ...
