New Salt Mix in New Tank

planning on using red sea coral pro salt mix for my new tank ill be setting up. I'm currently using instant ocean and the differences in the coral pro in terms of Alk and other elements are considerably significant. Will I have future problems moving my fish and corals to the new tank that will have the coral pro salt mix?

Shouldn’t be a problem but it never hurts to drip acclimate for about an hour. That would assure you of no issues.

That’s exactly how I did mines on my 180g. Let it cycle with the IO and slowly do water changes with the coral pro salt.

That’s what I am doing right now.
I have a new 210 gallon and I am using IO
For the cycle and going back to coral pro salt once I am set up and have corals.

There’s not much difference in the major elements between the two. The biggest difference is the one is real salt and of course other differences overall. We use pro salt in one tank and the corals have all done very well. Would they have done well with IO, other members on here would say yes. She likes it so it what she wants in her tank with corals so that what it gets
