New to saltwater tanks (freshwater cichlids until now). Have a 93 gallon cube that is about 6 weeks into its cycle. All tests have resulted in readings where they should be. Have purchased some small corals frags over the last couple of weeks - 5 zoanthids, 3 mushroom, a duncan, a Galaxer Galin, and an acan land coral. Have them in the base (pink sand) with some setting in holes in the bottom rocks for them to acclimate to the tank. A couple of questions: I get the impression that these 'beginner' corals should be in the mid to lower region of the tank. Is that correct? Also, am not sure as far as placement goes, how large they will get and, therefore, how far apart they should be from each other. Also, where each would look best in the tank once they begin to mature. Would appreciate input to help determine the permanent placement. Thanks in advance.
