New saltwater tank

@Branvel3 welcome to Reef2Reef! As others have already mentioned, this is a completely normal part of the process for a new reef. It's not the fun part, but it is the beginning of your tank maturing and usually moves quickly enough. It's what we reefers commonly call "the uglies" stage. :-) Your tank will most likely have some ups and downs as it moves toward maturity, but the older it gets, the more biodiversity will occur and so maturity (and hopefully stability) will be achieved.

Also, regarding the removed posts, the staff has cleaned up some posts in this thread that were at best confusing to someone looking for help. We absolutely appreciate attempts at humor, but please remember that trolling others isn't allowed per our terms of service. Sometimes sarcasm (when not obvious) can cause confusion.

Our goal is for Reef2Reef to be a place where users of all experience can ask their questions and learn and grow together without worrying about being flamed or trolled. Everyone is welcome here!
