@Branvel3 welcome to Reef2Reef! As others have already mentioned, this is a completely normal part of the process for a new reef. It's not the fun part, but it is the beginning of your tank maturing and usually moves quickly enough. It's what we reefers commonly call "the uglies" stage.
Your tank will most likely have some ups and downs as it moves toward maturity, but the older it gets, the more biodiversity will occur and so maturity (and hopefully stability) will be achieved.
