Woke up this morning to the anemone upside down in the sand. Latest water test was last night

NO3 .1
CA 390
KH 9.3
MG 1485
PO4 .025
SG 1.026

Parameters have been rock steady over the past few months according to my log

I turned it right side up but really want to resist over stressing it but I don't think leaving it upside down is good either. I appreciate any suggestions. Thanks Dan

Sorry misprint .025 on the Hanna HI 736 chart was 3. I just edited the last post to correct

A quick update after talking to my wife I realized that the night before I found the anemone face down in the sand we lost power for about an hour. This could have upset it!?!? After right siding it I placed the anemone in its original spot in the picture above. It has not moved but not sure it's attached.

I dont think losing power for an hour would have that effect. I just transfered everything into a holding tank while my new tank cycles, and my sebae (malu) was in total darkness w/ no water movement for over an hour and it's just fine. Theres something else going on.

I guess your right. It has not moved since I placed it back into its original position but still looks unhappy. No discharge or gapping mouth but clearly not happy. Hopefully just adjusting and not anything like an inflection

I will keep an eye on it.

How long have you had it and was it settled in? It took mine a couple of weeks to attach. Once it attached it hasn't moved in years.

It's only been 2 weeks just got concerned when it went face down in the sand. Since placing it back in original spot it has not moved. This is what it looks like I just snapped this pic.

I wouldn't panic yet. I put a strawberry basket over mine and it took a couple of weeks to attach. Can't tell from the picture but if it bright white with blu tips then it is stressed. A lot of them come in that way. After they acclimate they turn darker shades of a greenish purple.

Thanks it's really not white its cream/tan with purple tips. I will def give more time
