New setup!! Maybe?

Hello All. Looking to possibly upsize to a 110 Water Box Aquariums MarineX . If I am doing my math correct the whole system will weigh about 1300 LBs . Am I going to have someone come to add support structure to my home or will it be fine with the original structure of the home? Thanks.

IMHO - you should have someone LOOK at the structure and tell you. In our house (we have a basement) - if we oriented the tank one way - we would have had to add support (Parallel to the floor joists) - if we oriented it the other way, it would be no problem. There is also the question of whether its near a load bearing wall, etc. If you're going through an LFS - which does maintenance - they can often advise you as to those types of issues.
