New setup

I just bought a reef tank setup and not real sure how to plumb it. Any help or pics would be appreciated.

I am pretty new to this but that does not look like a typical reef tank to me, it is odd to see the two tubes in the center of the tank. It almost looks to me like it was set up for turtles or something. Sorry I am not much help.
