New Sick Chalice and others(pics)

I got this in a trade today and was wondering if anyone has seen it before??

I had been begging my LFS for a long time for a piece of it and he gave me half of it today in a trade for some sps and other chalice's.

Also got this frag of his Fireball acans,these things glow under my Gen 1 LED's and can only imagine what they will look like when I add a couple of all blue reef brites

Hard to tell from the pic. A bit blurry. Looks a bit like Hills Have Eyes chalice but yours has a different texture. Looks nice whatever it is... : )

I know I need to step my picture taking skills up Craig but all I have is a cell phone cam

I love coral too much to save for a camera

Nothing wrong with that statement! I think you have your priorities in order! That chalice has good possibilities.

It kinda looks like my Rainbow Explosion Chalice i have that is a wild Colonie i got a 2 years ago and have only sold 2 frag out of state. Your needs time to grow and color up more before i will no if it is this chalice.

It definitely looks like that but the eyes arent bubbly like yours.

Thanks soccerbag it is one of my Fav chalice in the tank and i hope it is what that chalice is because he will love it and hit me up some time i have two frags healed but will take about 6 months to color up like this after fragging.

Give it about Six months and it should start looking like this and this chalice loves mid to high flow and med to high light to get the full color out of this chalice but do this slow your piece looks like it has been fragged only for about a few weeks because that is what they look like after i frag mine. You are going to love this piece and what is nice it is a fast grower.

Here is one of the two Rainbow Explosion chalices, I did sell two frags.. so there is at least 4 out there. Sorry my skillz arn't in line with Beaker Bobs...
