new six line wrasse?

brought home a six line wrasse and drip acclimated for a hour then transferred to qt tank. he is just laying at the bottom of the tank is this normal ? this is my first six line wrasse.

Laying upright it’s fine. Laying fully on his side and not able to stay upright bad.

In the future, Make sure to float for temp acclimation for 15-20 mins after the drip acclimation and before putting in the tank. The temp shock can cause big stress. Hopefully it’s just very stressed and will recover. Time will tell.

rip the wrasse did not make it. it was not looking to good from the time I bought it unfortunatly
