New skimmer, bm a5 or a8, cant decide

Hi there!
Its time to order a skimmer for my new 100 gallon tank.
It's going to be a mixed reef with medium to high biological load.
I'm looking at the bubble magus a5 and a8, according to specs the a5 should be fine as it is rated up to 130 gallon. The a8 is rated higher but costs about 100 bucks more.
Will I waste my money on an oversized skimmer going the a8 route?

For Me I always like to pick a one step up larger skimmer. it will better if you are going with heavy bio load in the future.

I was runing SRO 3000 skimmer, rated up to 200 Gallon Heavy Bio Load on a 40 Gallon Frag Tank. yes the skimmer was idle All the time but no harm done. A year later it was moved to my 180 gallon when I first built it.

I run the bubble magnus curve A7 in my 120 reef and love it. I switched from octo skimmers and the magnus rocks. The a7 imo has been a perfect size for me. I couldn’t see myself using the 5 or I would have to empty the collection way more often that’s what sold me on the 7 fills up once a week
