New skimmer bubbles in tank

Hey I just got the simplicity 240 DC skimmer works great all set up in my sump. But my sump pump is pushing the micro bubbles from the bottom of the skimmer into my tank! And the skimmer only fits next to the pump. Will this sort itself after its broken in?

Probably not !! . Try putting something between the two giving the bubble more time to reach the surface in the sump . Maybe a sponge filter pad or something or do a little more plumbing to move the pump away from skimmer .
