You can kind of see his rosie cheeks in the beginning of the video. Let me know if you guys spot anything

Swimming into flow like that with his mouth open makes me think he's got velvet. Deffinatly do a FW dip, ASAP... if it's flukes you'll be able to see them in the dip, velvet you won't see anything in the water but it'll knock most off the fish and give him some relief, for now.

Okay, it will have to be tomorrow evening unfortunately. Will pH of the freshwater matter? I also don't have a hose to pump air into the freshwater, I can grab one tomorrow if necessary. If that and pH didn't matter, I could do it tonight. Thanks for the help

Alright thank ya thank ya I will get what I need and give it a shot tommorow. Will definitely keep you guys posted too. Are either of the possible conditions mentioned, something that will be ongoing, or do I need to worry about my other clown getting the same thing?
 
Both are contagious and all fish in the tank will need to be treated, if it were flukes you can dose prazipro right in your DT, if it were velvet all fish will need to be quarantined and treated with copper for 30 days and the DT left fallow for 76 days.

Don't see a clear indication for velvet which would anyway have shown up clearly by now on the fish if it was there. I'd do a FW as recommended to see if any flukes come off. If not I doubtntheres anything u can do but keep a close watch. If it's eating then its a good sign. Watch out for ammonia which could be causing the redness (ammonia burns)
 
So basically pray its not velvet, since I have no quarantine yet. I wonder if I or liveaquaria holds the blame here. I got live rock and live sand from the local small time tropical fish shop and premixed water from petco, mixed with a little RO to get my salinity straight. Maybe they hitchhiked alongside the copepods on the rock.
Not familiar with all the terminology yet, assuming my DT is my tank and I can put the prazipro right in?

Again could turn out to be a minor injury most likely from shipping...

Maroun you gave me a sigh of relief. He isn't eating much and is looking skinny with his bulging eyes. However, the other clown isnt eating much either but looks great. I saw the bigger one eating copepods off the glass, but havent seen the little guy take a bite at all really. I am feeding them frozen mysis shrimp, even tried soaking in garlic, still most of it goes to waste. Just been assuming the copepod diet is their preference. Also, I figured it had to do with them being new to the tank. Saturday will be their 7th day in there.
 
Try a pellet food or some other frozen food, my clowns don't really care for Mysis for some reason, but they tear up my homemade frozen mix(cod, scallop, shrimp and oyster) and PE pellets.
 
+1 on trying different pellets. Velvet can't be totally excluded but if there will finish a fish in 2-3 days... I still had an outbreak 3 months after not adding any fish once...

Will grab some different food to try when igrab the pump for the freshwater dip thanks for the info. Hoping it's just a healing injury, still feeling like him closing his mouth now is a good sign. You guys are awesome!

I hope the little guy makes it he's got beautiful markings would love to see him grow. No flashing or any of that. Looking at velvet a bit deeper it doesn't look like it now at least. His scales are clean and vibrant looking, no signs of specs or anything.
