I have found that soft corals often do this when tampered with. Moved, new, messing around in the tank. Mine generally will open up in a few days.

However flow can be important also. They don’t really like hard direct flow. So make sure it is in a medium flow area. Alternating is good as well.

looks like we have just found the problem then very low for coral
My question all about that i get new soft coral to my tank other type of coral like fungus it's good and open only this tree coral it look healthy but till now still closed ,so i guess it's normla 1.022 to 1.025 three percent not too much low i just want to know its normal to take time to open or there is a problem in my tank

can you give me the name of this coral tree ,so i can read more about it from internet

and i will increase it to 1.025 if it's better for fish and coral

1.022 is fine for fish but low for coral and no clue on the name of it as i have no interest in softies

He’s very PO that you touched him and or moved him.
They hate that so much.
If I move mine, it’s about a month in stable waters to completely expand.
Set them and forget them.
