So I just updated my apex to 5.05 6B19 and have lost my WW channel on my Ecotech Lighting. Any one else experiencing this bug? I even waited a few days after seeing the update was available to update my apex. I didn't see anything on r2r about losing control of a whole "light channel". Any update/anyone else experience this?

Look at the choices for spectrum..

Which Radions do you have? Only the 4th gen radions have a warm white channel. It’s normal not to see the warm white channel if you have older lights.

I’m running G4 Pros so the “latest and greatest” Just lost the WW channel after this new update..

I wonder what I should try? Maybe a reboot or is it possible to “reload” the software? Anybody with any insight I’d appreciate it. Glad to know it’s possibly just a fluke...hopefully!

Violet is missing too.
Yeah just noticed.. Don’t know what I’m going to do, sure hoped someone from Neptune would have seen this by now. Think I’ll go ahead and try a reboot. Don’t want to make the problem any worse. Hopefully I’ll hear from Neptune soon

If you want a response from Neptune your best bet is to submit a ticket on their website. They’re usually pretty responsive and have gotten back to me within a few hours the few times I’ve had to submit a ticket.

They do have a presence here, but they rarely respond to individual questions or issues like this.

Well good lol, I have gen 2s.

I didn't think there was a ww option before

First I'd go back to the WXM module page, go to Action Configure, check Update, and upload to the Apex.
When that's completed, I'd reboot the Apex, and after it is back online, power cycle the lights.
If that doesn't fix it, I've heard that sometimes just switching each light's output tile to OFF, waiting for the light to go off, and then back to AUTO, can fix issues.

It took all above steps but it fixed it! Updating the module alone didn’t fix it, I had to power cycle the lights also like you mentioned. It all came back on now(all channels/spectrum choices). Thank you and others for your help!

Glad it worked. :)
Basically, the Apex was confused and thought you had previous generation lights.
It's possible that just power cycling the lights would have solved it, but it's good to have current WXM and Radion software anyway.

If this happens again all you need to do is click on the "Save to Apex cloud icon even though it is not orange in color. Wait a few minutes leave the Radion light configuration page (like going back to the dashboard) then go back into the light configuration and you should now see 8 channels instead of 6.
