I have been so swamped with real life that I haven’t been able to post my first pictures of my new RSR 350. But this has got me so curious...

These were growing in my old 24g nano. They appeared out of nowhere (hadn’t had coral or anything but algea for years). Now they have been transplanted to my new tank (reused rock). I will guess most of you will say it is a weed like aiptasia but I find the coloring at least interesting. Wouldn’t mind if a fozen or so grew as long as they didn’t explode in population

That's a ball anemone :rolleyes: It is cool, not as much of a pest as aiptasia or majano. Just don't let it get out of control and you'll be fine.
