So I just got a new starfish I Drip acclimated him for 2 hours. He was a live and well and moving around when I finally put him in the tank. The next morning he was no where to be found. He wasn’t hiding in the live rock or the sand anywhere. Also there were particles that we’re the same color as the starfish all over the live rock. The only other live stock I have in the tank are two clowns and two turbo snails. I was thinking maybe he dissolved overnight? But it would surely take longer than that. Also I read that clown fish generally don’t eat starfish. Does anyone have an idea of what could’ve happened?
