New sump

So when I first started my tank i started it on a canister filter but i just got a sump that im going to attach to it. Its the redflex 100 sump. I was just wondering if anyone could teach me how to determine water level, how big of an overflow box i need, and what size return pumps i need. I have a seventy five gallon tank.

For a 75 I’d do around 750gph. No more than 10000gph depending on your return size
