it takes 2 weeks to build my new sump for a proper water quality to my tanks, so this 2 weeks I only change once and I have 6 clownfish, so now my sump has a lot of filter wools, new ceramic bio, skimmer, and uv light like the turbo twist, do you guys think my hair algae in tank will be gone automatically if I had a water quality already or my hermit and urchin will eat them slowly or should I still help to remove them?

I would remove as much as I could by hand. Once GHA establishes itself it frequently won't disappear even after nutrients are back under control. This is because filamentous algae (GHA) are one of the most efficient consumers of nutrients. Also if it's been in place for a while, some species can establish rhizomes under the first layers of rock making it even more difficult to eliminate so removing frequently is a good idea.

A CUC can help but any head start you can give them will be better in controlling the algae.
